I reported this issue about six weeks ago and I heard from the city it was to be repaired the week of June 24 there is still no work done.

Evanston is reneging on their responsibility. Even after NU has agreed to pay the majority of the costs. The Local Focus Hocus Pocus group at the City Hall can't seem to act. You don't need to make it perfect with One-Way signs and Speed Bumps if that's too complicated for you, just install a sewer and pave it. The flooding has been going on for decades.
