These mattresses have been there for about two weeks - please pick up!

Here's the thing D.C.311, just 'acknowledging' or even 'closing' an action without actually doing the job isn't satisfactory. How about providing a time estimate for completion? How about a contact in the responsible agency? How about never closing an action before the work is completed and when it is completed, state what was done and when and post a picture? This system is only as good as the information you feed into it. Thanks!
