Street is over taken by tents. Mopeds, bikes, shopping carts are all over spills to the street making traffic impossible to pass. How the city expects businesses to function under these circumstances. The safety of the average people means nothing. Hiding this from the public, away from the main streets near the hospital is all what the city cares about.
