Sidewalk and crosswalk coated in ice at intersection of Picotte Dr. & Hackett Blvd.

Sidewalks in front of Crestwood Townhomes from Picotte Dr. and along Hackett Blvd. are still not cleared of snow and ice 3 days after the snow stopped.

Front steps covered in ice at Crestwood Townhomes

Garbage bags accumulating behind this apartment for several weeks. Tenant broke a hip, is on a walker and cannot take trash to the dumpster. Managment at Crestwood Townhomes has been notified several times and refuse to take bags to the dumpster.

Outside light on front steps has not been working for 2 years and has been reported multiple times to Crestwood Townhomes. It is now critical since there is a senior tenant with a broken hip living there. Groceries and medicines are sometimes delivered when it's dark and drivers cannot find the right apartment.

Sidewalks have not been cleared for all of Crestwood Townhomes, both on Hackett Blvd. and Picotte Dr. This property is owned by Solomon Org., a multi-million dollar corporation. Other apt. complexes in the area and private homes have been cleared for hours.

Overgrowth of large shrubs on Mercer St. obstructing view of pedestrians and bicycles. on Marion Ave. Cars at this stop sign cannot see the sidewalk on Marion. Shrubs are located on the 25 Marion Ave. property.

Siding is falling off the side of the building and has been that way for months.

The sidewalk on Whitehall Rd. between Manning Blvd. & Stanford Ct. is covered in ice. This extends for 4 blocks and this section is NEVER cleared of snow and ice. It borders the Whitehall Station development.

Sidewalk still covered in snow 6 days after the snowstorm. Corner property so access to crosswalk is partially blocked.

Crosswalk at Picotte & Whitehall blocked with snow and snow plowed onto sidewalks on Whitehall & Picotte. This is being done by a private company hired by Crestwood Plaza. This was reported numerous times last winter but this company continues to do this.

Unbelievable. Again. The signal is flashing yellow on Manning & flashing red on Hackett. This same issue has been reported multiple in the past 2 months. The fixes aren't working. The signal needs to be replaced.

Crestwood Townhomes is not recycling.

Once again this signal is not working. It is doing the same thing: flashing yellow on Manning and flashing red on Hackett. This is an ongoing issue. Repair crews come out and get it working again, it works correctly for a while, and then goes out again

This traffic light is not working again. This is the 3rd time in 5 days. It needs replacement not temporary fixes.
