Is there anyway for the city to consider adding parking time limit signs? There has been an influx of people parking on Spruce St. and then walking to the T Station or to the Harbor Tower South building (I have definitely witness both before). The street is constantly lined up cars on both side, essentially turning this into a one way street. And just today as I was driving out of my driveway, a car drove by trying to find parking. And then as I actually made it out of my driveway, another car comes speeding right to the front of my car, also looking for parking (and did end up parking on the street).
