Take a look around at all of those beautiful yards green lawns that surround the pond. All of their lawn products wash directly into the pond and feed the algae. Not to mention the charming neighbor who goes down daily to feed the waterfowl, so their feces contributes to an imbalance in the pond as well. Add to that the warmer weather… We will have green muck instead of a beautiful pond. Until humans change their practices, they will keep destroying our beautiful environment.
