Hi, The tree (silver maple) in front of 9 berncliffe ave. has been causing issues on the property. The surface roots from the tree are affecting the front porch and causing it to lift on the right side due to over growth. The tree is diseased and larger limbs have fallen on the roof and caused gutter and shingle damage. The limbs have patches of moss and mold on them and are dead. The sewer line just outside the basement is compromised and needs to be cleaned out by a professional plumbing contractor once or twice per year for the last several years. The contractor has informed us that this situation will continue due to this tree and the sewer line will need expensive repair. The tree is also causing lifting of the sidewalk and the driveway at #11 berncliffe which will only get worse. Please inspect and remove when time allows. Thank you
