Description

Driving down Chapel Street from Wooster Square on Saturday morning, 11/27, around 7:15am. Police car runs two red lights, at Temple and then at High. Thought there was an emergency, but then saw the car parked in front of Dunkin’ Donuts, and then the officer got out of the car to go inside.
